Equipped with robust Incoloy stainless steel heating elements beneath a thick, satin-finish smooth steel plate, it offers rapid, even heat distribution across the entire surface. Two independent cooking zones with separate thermostatic controls allow for simultaneous multi-temperature operation, perfect for managing different dishes efficiently. Safety is enhanced with a manual-reset thermostat and indicator lights for power and temperature status.
 
The cooking surface is slightly inclined to promote grease drainage, with a generously sized drain hole and collection container. A flush splashguard and a spacious integrated cabinet complete this reliable and efficient griddle unit.
