Equipped with high-efficiency Incoloy stainless steel resistances beneath a thick ribbed steel cooking plate, the unit delivers uniform heat distribution across the surface. The cooking temperature can be precisely controlled between 50°C and 270°C using a thermostatic dial, with an integrated safety thermostat and manual reset for added protection.
The slightly inclined cooking surface includes a wide drain hole and dedicated grease collection system, while the ribbed plate provides excellent grill marks and drainage. Additional features include power and temperature indicator lights and a full-width steel cabinet for convenient storage.
