The two-component cooking plate combines a thick steel base for optimal heat distribution with a polished AISI 316 stainless steel top layer that minimizes radiant heat, making it easier on the chef and simpler to clean. Incoloy stainless steel resistances beneath the plate ensure consistent temperature control across the surface.
